This is a brand new role for an ambitious and talented colleague to join an exceptional team and provide support to the Director of Pastoral Care. The successful candidate will become a member of the School's Senior Leadership Team and will assume significant responsibility. Committed to exceptional pastoral care, our new Deputy Director of Pastoral Care will play a key role in co-ordinating the work of Heads of Year to ensure exceptional support for pupils, high standards of behaviour and outstanding academic support. Pastoral care at BGS is an exciting brief which also encompasses a commitment to excellent communication with parents, helping to put our School on show and highlighting pupils' successes. This role is most likely to suit an ambitious colleague who is able to make a difference, is passionate about pastoral care and is an experienced leader.
